This position will provide technical support for Enrollment Management with particular emphasis on the Constituent Relationship Management ( CRM ) tool for recruitment and retention within Enrollment Management. The tool will be used to communicate with prospective and enrolled students providing outreach and academic support to promote student success. This position supports the implementation and maintenance of the CRM product across the University. Technical skills and experience in support strategies through integration of portals, letters, emails, texts, telecenter, application management, checklists, and nudging via mobile tools is required.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field of study or a bachelor's degree and an equivalent combination of education and experience to a master's degree in related field of study. Considerable experience working with mass communications in multiple forms, relational database management and development, and reporting. Considerable administrative experience. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Professional Software. Considerable knowledge of CRM administration. Considerable knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages including HTML , JavaScript, and SQL . Some knowledge of web technologies. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
Considerable administrative experience in a higher education environment. Some experience with Ellucian or other Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) systems. Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience.
