Client Services and Consulting Manager

This position serves as the primary contact with Innovation Centers' client companies by providing hands-on business mentoring and marshalling client support from stakeholder organizations. This position also executes all functions necessary to coordinate the resources provided from stakeholder organizations to client companies. This position will also manage the day-to-day operational activities within the Centers, and will work with a variety of providers of education, seminars, workshops, and the like to successfully accomplish the client companies' goals, objectives and support their other needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, public administration or a related field of study or a bachelor's degree in a related field with related experience equivalent to a master's degree. Considerable work experience in start-up and/or high-growth innovation-based companies. Strong academic or working background in entrepreneurship as it relates to high-growth, innovation-driven startup ventures. Familiarity with early-stage investment models for high-growth ventures along with a demonstrated ability to help entrepreneurs evaluate key aspects of startup business models (cost structure, pricing, partnerships, marketing channels, etc.) to define and track appropriate milestones. Ability to use common office software and be competent in the use of social media to support Centers' marketing efforts and client attraction. Exceptional oral, written and presentation communication skills. Excellent ability to facilitate discussions, listen objectively, ask questions and provide appropriate feedback. Exceptional planning and project management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a multi-stakeholder environment. Ability to interact collegially with others and forge collaborative working relationships at all levels in the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
Considerable experience in business consulting and marketing.
