Transplant Nephrologist
University Of Utah

The University of Utah is seeking a Transplant Nephrologist in the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor with the track dependent on the selected candidate's qualifications, Division of Nephrology, Department of Internal Medicine. This position involves comprehensive clinical transplant nephrology care with opportunities for teaching and research. Duties will be shared with at least one other Transplant Nephrologist. Minimally this position requires formal transplant nephrology training and Board certification in Internal Medicine and Nephrology with eligibility for a Utah medical license. For exceptional candidates who excel in laboratory or clinical research in (i) renal physiology or pathophysiology related to hypertension; or ii) pathophysiology or epidemiology of chronic kidney disease, a tenure track position may be possible.
