SUMMARY: Perform customer support, customer service tasks, and purchasing of products and supplies.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Receive and great incoming customer service calls

 

  • Provide product and general technical assistance to customers

 

  • Create customer quotes (must be approved by COO)

 

  • Order entry, confirmation, and processing

 

  • Process order returns and claims

 

  • General record keeping including upkeep and maintenance of CRM system and project related data entry

 

  • Planning and purchasing of all stock items

 

  • Continuous purchasing analysis based on sales trends and variations

 

  • Maintenance of current and accurate re-order point sheet

 

  • Plan and organize incoming product shipments

 

  • Provide and collect any and all information needed for import, customs clearance and delivery

 

  • Planning and purchasing of certain office and warehouse supplies

 

  • Marketing Design

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience                                                  

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills                                              

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, product leaflets, technical procedures, and business regulations.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills                                                     

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Computer Skills                                              

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2010, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Previous experience with NAV 2016 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system preferred.
