Teach online with on-campus meeting responsibilities. Flexible 40- hour schedule, which may include nights and weekend involvement with students. Committee responsibilities at department and university level as determined.

Position Summary Information

Position Summary
Responsibilities: Teaching responsibilities will be primarily in the online RN- BSN completion program or School Nurse Certificate program. Full-time tenure track faculty must meet teaching, scholarship, and service criteria; and, participate in on-campus and virtual meetings

Minimum Qualifications
An academic doctorate (PhD in Nursing, EdD, or related discipline). Terminal doctoral degree must be completed by date of hire. Current Pennsylvania RN license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure and a master's degree in Nursing. Commitment to the education of diverse populations. Successful performance in an on-campus interview, including teaching demonstration.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Nurse Educator. Proficiency with distance education. Certification in Informatics or School Nursing is a plus. Priority will be given to those with expertise in leadership, health information systems, and/or School Nursing.
