To help support the work of the University we have an immediate opening for an Assistant Director for Transfer Admission.  The Assistant Director for Transfer Admission reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Job Summary:  This leadership position serves as a member of the Office of Admission’s Undergraduate Admission Team.  The Assistant Director for Transfer Admission is primarily responsible for the recruitment and retention of transfer students to achieve enrollment goals. This position will be required to interface extensively with off-campus education entities and stakeholders in order to help the institution reach enrollment goals.  

Qualifications:
Education:  Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. 

Experience:  Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years admissions or comparable experience. Prior enrollment experience with transfer populations strongly preferred. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to quickly learn and utilize proprietary educational software, exemplary written and verbal communication skills, basic math ability, and excellent problem-solving skills. Individual should have excellent people skills with the ability to help prospective students feel at ease. Must function comfortably in a team structure and be able to speak before large and small groups with confidence.
