To help support the work of the University we have an immediate opening for an Admissions Data Operations Assistant.

The Admissions Data Operations Assistant reports to the VP for Enrollment Management.

The Admissions Data Operations Assistant utilizes the student information systems CampusVue and TalismaCRM, inputting information from applications and inquiries, retrieving paper, scanned or electronic information, processing high school and college transcripts, and entering test scores. This position works to ensure data integrity and the successful completion of the University’s enrollment goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal focus on critical application period of July 1 to March 1.
  • Performs data entry and scanning of undergraduate and graduate admissions applications into CampusVue and TalismaCRM.
  • Evaluates High School and College transcripts.  Calculates GPAs and high school rank.
  • Maintains a high level of quality control by utilizing existing reports and analyzing data from technical CampusVue/Talisma reports to ensure data integrity.
  • Performs data entry and oversight of data imports for standardized test scores such as GRE, TOEFL, SAT/ACT, AP, IB and other sources.
  • Performs data entry and manages upload of prospective student information and prospective student lists from multiple lead and application sources into Student Information System.
  • Performs data entry of evaluated transcripts into student information systems.
  • Maintains/distributes and logs miscellaneous letters received from various sources (recommendation letters, scholarship letters, etc.).
  • Performs data entry of completed documents and returns incomplete documents for additional information.

Qualifications:
High school degree or GED required with at least three years of related office and/or higher education data experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Office and data entry experience required. Additional work experience or specialized training and knowledge of CampusVue and TalismaCRM beneficial.
