Our prominent College of Education offers a rigorous academic environment and an intensive teacher preparation program, with college programs accredited by NCATE/CAEP and CACREP.  Kutztown University has a strong tradition of preparing professionals to enter the field of education stemming from its Normal School origins over 150 years ago. Through partnerships with public schools and communities across the state and around the country, faculty and students engage in scholarship and research activities across disciplines.

The Dean will also be responsible for implementing College and University policies, overseeing all support services, and addressing needs of students, faculty, and staff in the College.
