Coordinator Miami in Luxembourg

Coordinator Miami in Luxembourg who is based in Global Initiatives on the Oxford campus of Miami University, the Program Coordinator for the Miami University Dolibois European Center (MUDEC) is the lead United States-based staff member and liaison to the Luxembourg campus. The Coordinator manages the activities of the program, and works closely with the office of the MUDEC Dean, and the Luxembourg administrative staff to accomplish the mission of the Center.  

The MUDEC Coordinator responsibilities include: Coordinate the development and execution of an innovative recruitment marketing strategy to promote MUDEC to prospective student applicants, with data and analytics to support recruitment, marketing, and reporting needs; coordination of all advising operations and the student application process; supporting faculty recruitment efforts to build Miami faculty interest in Miami in Luxembourg teaching opportunities; and, alumni and development support. The MUDEC Coordinator also acts in collaboration with the Miami University Education Abroad team and leadership to provide assistance and coordination in the following areas: diversity and inclusion; marketing and promotion; regional campus outreach; curriculum integration; student Ambassador volunteer program; re-entry programming; and general study abroad support; serves as a liaison bridging Oxford-based and MUDEC-specific administrative procedures required to ensure that the MUDEC program remains an integrated part of the MU structure.

Require: master’s degree in international studies, area studies, higher education or related field; three years of experience in advising and/or programming; prior experience living and/or studying abroad; results-oriented with proven ability to make data driven and informed decisions; ability to manage complex and multiple tasks with minimal supervision; strong time management, organization, project management, and communication skills.  Position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.

Desire:   Experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment; experience in enrollment management in higher education; experience in curriculum design and assessment; experience recruiting underrepresented students to study abroad; French language proficiency.
