Job Duties: Answering phones and providing customer service. Mail processing (sort, distribute and delivery of). Operation of copiers, scanners and other equipment. Internet research and data collection. Updating social media/newsletters. Creation of flyers/posters/logos. Perform various duties based on departmental need.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- Enrolled at a post-secondary institution or a secondary school
- Enrolled at least part-time (one or more credit hours if at a post-secondary institution), with the exception of summer term, or will be a registered student during the next academic term;
Skills Needed:
Reliable and punctual; careful attention to detail; good customer service skills; standing/sitting for long time periods; ability to do tedious and repetitive workload. Must be able to multi-task. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator applications. Ability to do lifting of packages and paper boxes up to 50 lbs.
