Work Study Student - College of Nursing

he College of Nursing is seeking to hire Work Study Student Workers for the following:

  • Daily set-up tear down of lab equipment for weekly labs
  • Organizing and cleaning the lab and lab equipment
  • Taking inventory of supplies (disposables-weekly, durable equipment- monthly)
  • Verifying return of and cleaning of borrowed equipment
  • Setting up and tearing down for simulations
  • Leading weekly tours
  • Assisting Lab Director with summer HS grant programs, summer camps and health fairs.
  • Lifting and moving of equipment and simulators
  • Turning on and off/operate simulators as appropriate
  • Answering the phone
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by the Lab Director


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: UC Student registered for a minimum of six (6) credit hours per semester. Must have a FEDERAL WORK STUDY award.
