Customer service : Representing the Health Network with a positive and professional approach to interacting with patients, visitors, leaders, and staff at one of our many Information Desks. Demonstrating the core values of The Christ Hospital Health Network. Students may be asked to assist in the delivering of mail, flowers, and newspapers to patients. Students must be comfortable interacting with patients and answering phones as well as operating a computer to search for patients and guests - 80%

Administrative : Students must have a willingness to assist staff with various administrative projects, such as, filing, scanning, scheduling meetings and assembling meeting materials. The student must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook - 10%

Project-based: Preparing reports, documents, and meeting materials related to specific projects and a variety of other related clerical tasks. Moreover, students should show a desire to want to learn about the hospital and demonstrate the potential to be a volunteer trainer *Limited opportunities* - 10%

Hourly Rate: $10/hr

Hours:8:00am-8:00pm (varies/flexible)

Days:Monday-Sunday

FTE: Varies and flexible up to maximum award for the work study term
