The College of Nursing Office of Academic Affairs is currently seeking a student worker with an interest in working in an administrative role within an academic setting. The student workers will be responsible for data entry and maintenance of information and documentation as it relates to collaboration agreements between preceptors and the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. Such maintenance includes, but is not limited to, recording receipt of collaboration agreements and entering data from collaboration agreements into tracking systems as well as managing processes associated with badge requests and continuing education certificates.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Detail orientation, accuracy, and dependability are essential in this position;

* Ability to provide excellent communication skills, both written and oral;

* Ability to be project focused and show initiative in completing assigned tasks;

* Maintain a team focused approach and maintain a positive attitude under stressful conditions.

* Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel) and work within databases.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours per semester. Prior administrative experience a plus, but not required.
