The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology Oncology, is recruiting for a full-time (100% FTE) Program Coordinator . This position will support the University's mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all our activities.

Job Description:

Under general supervision from a designated administrator, plan, design, evaluate, modify and coordinate programs for a division.

General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of Continuing Medical Education programs (Grand Rounds, Hem Path Conference, Cancer & Cell Biology Joint Seminar Series, Lymphoma & Breast Tumor Boards; Breast Papilloma Workshop, etc.)
  • Maintenance of CONCUR system related to research/lab purchases, travel & expense reimbursements.
  • Design/create and oversee event coordination.
  • Assist in management of the divisional website.
  • Coordination of research/laboratory supply orders.
  • Assist with coordination of Fellowship Program Coordination (AMION/Medhub).
  • Maintenance of eTOFW Reconciliation/Faculty Time Off Calendar.
  • Assist with administrative duties of the Asset Management System, Space Management System
    and computer audit/refresh program.
  • Perform related duties based on divisional need.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with one (1) year experience; -OR- Associate's degree with three (3) years experience; -OR- five (5) years experience.
  • Experience must be in program coordination.
