- Perform daily imports of data from various sources, ensuring the accuracy of that data.
- Serve as a point of contact for report/query requests.
- Basic query and report building.
- Maintaining and updating event and form templates.
- Support the position's direct supervisor, who manages the CRM system, with special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with one (1) year experience; -OR- Associate's degree with three (3) years experience; -OR- five (5) years experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Admissions or Enrollment Management, Technolutions Slate CRM, Oracle PeopleSoft, OR exporting/importing procedures and best practices to and from different systems.
- Motivation and the ability to solve problems thoroughly, creatively, and under time pressure is highly valued.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, simultaneous projects.
This position will be a professional position paid at an hourly rate.
