Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or higher in Pharmacy or related field, or 10 years of experience in the Pharmacy and Healthcare field is required. Individuals should have an in-depth understanding of the health care system, the changing practice of pharmacy, and experience in application of leadership skills necessary for success in a pharmacy career. Preference will be given to individuals who have experience in leadership roles in the workplace and engagement in professional organizations.
