The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for an Account Executive to work in the Ticket Office. This is a full-time position, hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will be expected to help create new revenue opportunities and build relationships through the Bearcats Athletics network. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for selling Athletics game ticket packages through outbound calls and appointments. Assist in developing sales and marketing campaigns surrounding the ticketed UC sports.
  • Collaborate with entities across the department and campus on various ticket initiatives including Young Alumni program and Faculty/Staff campaigns.
  • Work home games - various ticket sales and service duties required throughout games.
  • Achieved and exceed season and yearly revenue goals established by management.
  • Provide auxiliary support in Ticket Operations across the three ticketed sports and other outside events.


Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree with one year of experience; -OR- Associate degree with three years of experience; -OR- five years of experience. Experience must be in sales or related field.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Ticket Office and working knowledge of Paciolan or a similar ticketing system.

The position often requires evening and weekend hours.
