Title: Summer Conference Manager (Temporary Position)

Job Description: Manager will be responsible for Summer Conferences & Graduation Ceremony support. Responsibilities include: customer service initiatives, liaison between campus support services, large event support and operation, dining operations, ensuring a successful conference for our large clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree by May 2018
- Experience working in event planning or similar environment
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, patient and compassionate
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
Days/ hours: Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm. Weekend hours required.
Begin/End: April 24 - August 6, 2018. April 24 - May 14 up to 20 hours per week. May 15 - August 6 up to 35 hours per week. Not to exceed 500 hours.
Reports to: Director of Conference Services/ Director of Operations/ Event Managers
Where will they work: ROTC 206B / O'Connor 104
Hourly Salary range: $14-16/hr.
