Responsibilities Include:

This is a tenure-track position. The newly established entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy program is now accepting applications for 4 full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor positions. Primary teaching responsibilities include neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary/vascular, or integumentary system content. Additional teaching responsibilities are possible in areas of clinical or academic expertise. All department faculty participate in department, college and university service, and scholarly activity.



Qualifications

• Candidates should hold an earned academic doctoral degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., D.Sc.) or a DPT with Board Certification in PT (OCS, NCS, PCS, etc.),
• Candidates must be a currently licensed physical therapist in any United States jurisdiction and eligible for NY State licensure,
• Candidates must have minimum 3-years of experience as a Clinical Instructor,
• Prior teaching, research, and scholarly activity in a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy academic program is preferred,
