Position/Job Summary
Assist the Director in coordinating the daily operations and activities within the Campus Store. Provide customer service and assist with purchasing, pricing, and inventory management within the Campus Store and MACs Convenience Store. Provide leadership for PCI Compliance, online sales, and the store’s social media presence.
Position/Job Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years experience in retail or a related field; demonstrated experience working with inventory management and retail point-of-sale operating systems; strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, ability to work well with the public with an emphasis on customer service; ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong computer skills with a thorough knowledge of computer operating systems and their usage; familiarity with multiple computer base programs such as Windows Operating System, Email, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Point of Sale systems; flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs. are required.
