Appointments are at the assistant professor level, with a doctorate required, except as noted. Appointees will have the opportunity to teach in undergraduate and graduate programs (when applicable), and, as appropriate, the CUNY doctoral programs. In addition, the appointees will conduct research, seek outside funding/grants, and participate in curriculum development and other departmental and college-wide activities.The candidate should also have experience in the pedagogical and research use of computer technology.

Department of Accounting
Chairperson
of Accounting Department responsible for administering and representing a department that offers the bachelor's of science and master's of science degrees in accounting. The chair will also be expected to perform teaching duties. The selected candidate will be a scholar in the field of accountancy with a proven record of scholarship, who is outcome-driven, and who has the capacity and experience to successfully lead the effort of strengthening the School of Business' accountancy program. Appointment to the position will be at the rank of associate or full professor. In addition to the Ph.D. a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or eligibility for licensure in New York State is required.
