A Master's degree in Education, Student Personnel Administration or related field is required. The position also requires applicants to have expertise in one or more of the following areas: Highly proficient computer skills, the recruiting and counseling of non traditional students, admissions procedures, financial aid counseling, coordination of student oriented workshops, crisis management and problem solving. Applicants for the Assistant Director HEOP position should have an understanding of cross cultural issues and be committed to diversity as a core value.
