Job Description:
The Senior Director of Student Records and Financial Services is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the Office of Student Records and Financial Services, which encompasses the Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Records Offices. The Senior Director is responsible for the financial integrity of the office ensuring adherence to federal, state, and campus regulations and policies.  This position works closely with enrollment management and academic areas to assist in the recruitment and retention of students.


Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required in addition to five or more years of higher education related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline. Applicants should demonstrate successful experience in providing excellent customer service, building a supportive working environment, and creating collaborative relationships.  In addition, candidates will have taken a leadership role in committee and professional organization activities including experience in public speaking. A minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience is recommended. Supervisory experience in financial aid, student accounts, and/or records is preferred. Knowledge of BANNER strongly desired.  A good sense of humor is a plus.
