Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Director of Women's Basketball Operations in the Athletics Department.

The candidate would be expected to: be responsible for all managerial efforts in regard to both practice and game preparations and for all team travel - airline, bus, hotel, food reservations; practice times and travel itineraries; to organize and participate in camp and community service projects; and to assist in marketing plans and maintain social media sites.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence

Required Skills or Software:
Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2013, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2013, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence

Other Requirements:
College basketball coaching, administrative, and/or playing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Synergy Sports Tech system.
