Associate/Full Professor and Endowed Chair in Real Estate Policy

Position Summary:
The Kislak Real Estate Institute and Department of Economics, Finance, and Real Estate at Monmouth University invites outstanding applicants for the Endowed Arthur and Dorothy Greenbaum/Robert Ferguson/NJAR Chair in Real Estate Policy. The Endowed Chair is designed to promote regional growth and development in New Jersey. Candidates will be expected to develop symposia for the discussion of relevant real estate topics and conduct research directly related to sustainable growth. The successful applicant will be hired at the Associate Professor or Full Professor level beginning in Fall 2019.

Candidates will also be expected to teach 6 credits per semester in the areas of Real Estate Lease Analysis, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Policy, and/or Real Estate Technology.
