Essential Job Duties
Responsibilities: Assist with a variety of projects including: opening packages, filing invoices, stamping, creating and adding labels to all materials, shelving journals and binding preparation, basic cataloging, plus other projects planned. Training will be provided for software needed to perform any task related to this job. Student should be someone that is able to work independently. This job is not in student customer service.
Summer hours are available, continuing into the regular semesters. Students are encouraged to continue working through consecutive semesters if their schedules permit.

Must be a currently enrolled college student.
Departmental Required Skills
Attention to detail. Computer skills and experience with data entry into Excel and Access. Independently responsible. Aptitude for learning programs quickly. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
