Senior Director For HR Operations

Senior Director For HR Operations
Human Resources Division

About the Opportunity

Introduction and Overview
NC State University commissioned an external consulting firm (Sibson Consulting) to conduct a review of the Central HR Office. The review included a comprehensive assessment of its HR functions in terms of the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of existing HR structures, services, processes, policies, and culture. The list of recommendations for improving services and functional areas included changes to the existing organizational structure. It was recommended that the new model would align the HR functions and services under two foundational units: HR Operations and HR Strategy.
