Job Description: The Department of Construction Management in the College of Engineering and Technology seeks a full-time Teaching Assistant Professor or Teaching Instructor on a 9-month appointment to teach and advise students beginning in August 2017. This is a fixed term position which is annually renewed based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding.
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop and maintain curriculum in Construction Management, mentor/advise students, perform service functions, and articulate with construction industry representatives, and have the ability and desire to work in a team setting and make positive contributions to the department. Service to the university, community, and profession is expected.
The Department of Construction Management currently has 8 full-time faculty members serving approximately 500 students in its undergraduate and graduate programs.


Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management or a related field. All degrees must be conferred by accredited institutions.
