COORDINATOR

Job Description: Recruitment need is based on anticipated vacancies.

The Residence Hall Coordinator is a twelve-month, live-in, EHRA non-teaching position responsible for coordinating the student-oriented residence life program for a residence hall of 450 students. The Residence Hall Coordinator supervises 6-15 RAs, coordinates programming initiatives including some with an academic focus, ensures positive community development, and fulfills various administrative aspects. The Coordinator also serves as an Advisor for their Hall's student government and serves on departmental committees.


Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in College Student Personnel, or related field, from an appropriately accredited institution;

Knowledge of student development theory, counseling, diversity, communication, crisis management, and administration

Qualifying degrees must be conferred by the time of hire.
