Job Description: "THIS IS A FLAT RATE JOB: ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE.
The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and calling on local clients etc. to advertise in all available Student Media outlets, including but not limited to: The East Carolinian (student newspaper) and WZMB 91.3 FM (college radio).

The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing and creative. Ideal for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Sales experience is highly desirable, but not required. Extensive training is provided. Must be able to achieve sales goals, work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

Some duties may include but are not limited to:
- Attending weekly sales training/strategy meeting
- Generating leads, qualifying leads, conducting needs analysis, providing information and quotes on products, providing exceptional customer service
- Managing the advertising sales and production processes
- Working closely with marketing, design, sales, and management staff
- Serve as team leader when working with junior account executives "
