Summary of Position The 4S Project Coordinator will support the Ferris State University School of Education 4S Project by providing both administrative and grant coordination support to the leadership team (i.e., Director of the School of Education, Dean of the College of Education and Human Services, advisors and faculty).
Under the direction of the Director of the School of Education the incumbent will be responsible for performing various administrative functions, including purchasing, database management, and reporting. They will also serve as a resource to Grant Administrators and Evaluator
with respect to grant/contract proposal submissions, financial oversight, evaluation, compliance and daily administrative and operational requirements of assigned contracts/grants. Daily responsibilities will also include general administrative assistance to the School of Education 4S Project and KCP - MHED Grant such as the scheduling of administrative meetings, calendar management, coordinating activities with other departments throughout the university, School of Education leadership, and developing and leading projects, events and initiatives related to the execution and implementation of the 4S Project and the KCP MHED Grant.

Required Work Experience One year related work experience in Education, grant management, and/or advising.

Five years experience as a grant/project manager with demonstrated pre- and post-award experience and/or 5 years in a supervisor role.
