The Scheduling department with Trivergent Health Alliance at Frederick Regional Health System in Frederick, MD is currently seeking Schedulers with strong customer service skills. The Pre-access Scheduler is responsible for all clerical functions involved in the scheduling and preregistration of patient appointments and collection of patient demographics to include the communication of referral and insurance authorization requirements to provide maximum financial reimbursement. Schedulers demonstrate expertise in the functional aspects of the job including ensuring that tests are scheduled accurately and in accordance with departmental guidelines to include patient instructions and test preparation. The Scheduler builds and maintains a professional, pleasant rapport with patients, physicians, physician office staff and personnel of other departments.

We are looking for someone with experience in a call center setting (preferably in healthcare) as well as someone with strong customer service skills and strong attention to detail. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
