This is an at will position which will function as Superintendent and provide leadership for a 48 bed hardware secure male committed program. Responsible for the overall day to day operations of the facility, including safety and security, programming, personnel, inventory, budget & physical plant management of the facility in accordance with Department, Divisional and facility policy and procedures. The Superintendent is also responsible for coordinating the implementation of operational functions involving medical, education, dietary and case management staff.

High School diploma and 8 years experience providing supervision and guidance to youths in a juvenile facility or juvenile services community program for at-risk youth or in a correctional setting. Two years of this experience must have involved exercising supervisory responsibility over other staff providing services to youth.
