Director of Career Services - Merrimack Valley

Work Opportunities Unlimited is looking for a Director of Career Services for our Merrimack Valley office. This opportunity will put you in a position to assist individuals with barriers to employment achieve their goal of securing and maintaining both long-term employment and community connections. Ultimately your efforts will help those with disabilities or other barriers achieve their goals and change the world of work.

In this position you will champion the needs of our clients while growing and developing our Merrimack Valley market. You will work extensively in the community to coach, mentor and develop your team while also taking an active role with our clients. We are looking for someone who is a great networker, able to connect and build valuable relationships within the community.

Profile of a successful candidate --

* Bachelor's degree and experience working in a community-based or service-oriented role

* Passionate about making a difference and impacting the lives of others

* At least two years of managerial experience, capable of inspiring and motivating a team

* Budget development and financial management experience
