Mansfield Housing Authority Job Advertisement ~ Maintenance Supervisor ~ Duties will include but not limited to: Supervision of three maintenance employees, responsible for maintaining inventory of materials, supplies and equipment, maintenance of all grounds, buildings and equipment, scheduling of work, responsible for snow removal and cost estimates for budgeting. This is a working supervisory position and the following requirements are required: Experience in a supervisory maintenance position, five years experience in apartment maintenance, a valid Massachusetts driver's license, knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, snow plowing and removal and all other aspects of maintaining property. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position, requiring overtime for emergencies and snow removal, and offers an excellent benefit package.
