Job Description:

Adjunct instructors needed to teach accounting courses. Courses are offered at a variety of days and times, and at several campus locations including Charlestown, Chelsea and Chinatown.

Course offerings may include:

  • ACC 101: Principles of Accounting I
  • ACC 102: Principles of Accounting II
  • ACC 105: Accounting Information Systems
  • ACC 201: Intermediate Accounting I
  • ACC 207: Cost Accounting

The Business Administration Department at Bunker Hill Community College is a collegial, student-centered learning community dedicated to providing an innovative, creative, and relevant education in business disciplines to a diverse student population. Candidates must have day time availability and a good degree of flexibility in terms of days and times.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or relevant field of study
    College-level teaching experience required; community college teaching experience preferred
    Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE INVITED TO ATTEND THE ADJUNCT ACADEMY PRIOR TO BEING ASSIGNED COURSES.

Additional Information:

Salary: $1,066.00 per credit hour

Effective Date: Fall semester 2017, open until filled.
