TALENT ACQUISITION AND HR GENERALIST, Resource Development-Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management (HR-STM) , to perform recruitment and general HR responsibilities for fund-raising and advancement staff. Will work closely with hiring managers and search committees on position descriptions, advertising venues, candidate sourcing and prescreening, coordinating the interviewing process, negotiating salaries, and other related search processes. Will also on-board advancement staff, coordinate payroll, administer leave of absences, assist with the rollout and tracking of annual processes such as performance management, and assist with HR-STM strategic projects as needed.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree; at least five years of relevant HR experience, including successful direct recruitment experience; outstanding customer service, communication, interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; proactive work style; and demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment. The ideal candidate is able to manage competing demands effectively, take on new challenges, and receive constructive feedback while remaining agile. Demonstrated experience building diverse talent pools and using social media in recruitment preferred, as is solid understanding of compensation. Experience in advancement or higher education highly desired. Job #16219-P
