CONTENT OFFICER, Technology Review-Solve, to assist in managing and drafting external-facing writing for Solve. Will serve as a staff writer, a deadline editor, and a copy-editor across Solve's external writing needs; play a role in syndicating writing in media; and manage the Solve style guide. Responsibilities include serving as the staff writer and editor for Solve and the Solve community; drafting collateral including press releases, story pitches, op-eds, talking points, interview guidance, speeches, marketing language, blogs, emails, newsletters, and social media; playing a role in helping to pitch to or syndicate op-eds in traditional and digital media sources; managing and updating the Solve style guide; and serving as a copy-editor across Solve's teams for style and content.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree (master's preferred); a minimum of three years' experience, with at least two spent in a writing or editorial environment; a portfolio of previous work and writing; proven ability to write across a variety of media and in a variety of voices and to edit and copy write for others; and flexibility. Must be able to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines; anticipate needs and take initiative; and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a start-up and/or social impact environment preferred, as is experience pitching to media. Job #15470-O
