| Job Summary | The Director for Inpatient Children's Services is responsible on a 24-hour basis for ensuring that safe, effective nursing care is given to patients in this area. Through leadership abilities and knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice, the Director will set goals and objectives for the department. Will also set achievable plans for implementation of these goals, which will contribute to the Quality, Safety, and Service agenda for this area and the Enterprise.
