Physical Requirements | The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 30lbs; occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 30lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings. |
Shift | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours per week). |
Job Summary | The Academic Technology Group seeks an individual to provide backup and support for instructional and assessment technology, including (but not limited to) the software and processes that deliver the University's online teacher course evaluations. This individual will use their technical knowledge, their attention to detail, and their communication skills to work both with IT support and non-technical staff and faculty to provide high levels of service delivery as well as efficient troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will also be able to support and participate in training and workshop delivery. |
