Job Summary | Initiate, develop, and maintain productive working relationships with companies identified as strategic high-prospect companies for college engagement. The Director will be responsible for achieving metrics for identifying, qualifying, and cultivating company prospects. Provide leadership and management of the college's efforts to increase industry engagement across curriculum, student organizations, alumni groups, research, and philanthropy. Initiate, develop, and manage productive working relationships within the college with faculty, staff, and administration that will assist in industry interactions. Provide guidance as the Dean's chief advisor in matters relating to industry engagement, including strategies for positioning the college as a partner with industry. Advise and support selected student organizations with strong industry interest. Develop a portfolio of corporate philanthropy prospects. Keep detailed records of solicitation activities and files in keeping with Office of Philanthropy Policies and Procedures. IEBC - Internal Employee Being Considered |
