Job Summary | The Center for Health Services Research is seeking an experienced research analyst for analysis of research & healthcare data in an enterprise environment to deliver relevant, timely and insightful information to the Center. This position will be responsible designing, documenting, testing, implementing. and managing data collection and reporting systems to support various research activity. This position will also develop utilities and complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Perfom data conversions from several data sources and identify relevant trends and quickly identify drivers in the data, prepare reports & visualizations. May also conduct simple statistical data analysis. This position also provides direction and guidance in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third party applications for the collection, management, and utlization of research data. Will provide technical support to other developers, data managers, clinicians, and researchers. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Development and management skills in BI/BA tools, Tableau, T- SQL and PL/ SQL . Deep understanding of database management principles |

Preferred Education/Experience | Experience in data systems support, analysis, implementation, and/or operation. Bachelors in Computer Science, Healthcare Information. |
