Job Summary | The University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business & Economics is seeking a motivated and innovative project management professional and experienced events strategist to direct the vision that shapes how people experience the Gatton College of Business and Economics and provide a consistent professional image for all Gatton users. Manage, coordinate and organize college special projects and events, especially those relating to fundraising, student recruitment and corporate relations. Manage high-profile projects for the dean and college leadership, develop and maintain budgets, assign work to events crew and other project staff across the college, and develop new initiatives to shape a consistent, professional experience for internal and external college constituents. Oversee space usage for the 240,000 square foot Gatton College facility, and ensure all projects are aligned with college brand standards, strategies and messages. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, FileMaker, and Mac OS, Dreamweaver and web SMS software, and supervisory skills. |
