Physical Requirements Long hours at computer station requiring significant concentration. Light lifting of objects under 25 pounds.
Shift Normal daytime shift (approx. 8:00 am-5:00 pm); and may deviate to accommodate employee needs.
Job Summary The position of Human Resources Manager will lead personnel operations in the Center for Clinical and Translational Science ( CCTS ) for over 40 CCTS staff members. This critical position will have primary responsibility for employee relations, position development and management, payroll and time management, and implementation of a space management plan in the CCTS .
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, knowledge of KRONOS system, knowledge of SAP personnel management functions, and knowledge of UK HR policies and procedures.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor's degree and five years experience in human resources management.
