Job Summary | UK Philanthropy is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as the primary HR and Payroll Specialist for Philanthropy, Alumni Relations, and the Phonathon. Duties include but are not limited to payroll oversight, position maintenance, position creation, payroll reports, updating position budgets, implementing initiatives to promote excellent customer service; serve as a liaison with central UK offices; and assist with special projects. This individual will work closely with Philanthropy and Alumni Relations administrators and directors to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Vital skills, knowledge, and abilities include knowledge of university human resources, payroll, and fiscal policies/procedures, SAP HR and FI modules, BW reporting,, and Microsoft Office systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills along with an outgoing, professional, and engaging personality is essential. Having a respect for and skills to engage with those of other cultures, backgrounds, and business acumen is strongly preferred. |
