Job Summary | The essential functions of this position include providing daily management and oversight of the departmental operations and accountability for supervising, training and developing the Accounts Payable staff. Providing strategic leadership, applying and utilizing sound accounting practices and principals, ensuring internal and external regulatory compliance, establishing procedures and practices that provide exceptional customer service including verbal and written communication, web page development and maintenance, and a thorough knowledge of enterprise application processes and functionality. This position provides direct support of the divisional and departmental mission and objectives including sound stewardship of University assets, operational transparency and fulfillment of University's strategic plan. |
