The University of Illinois Foundation (Foundation) is the official fundraising and private gift-receiving organization of the University of Illinois (University). It works closely with alumni and friends, faculty and staff, corporations and foundations, as well as campus development professionals to create fundraising programs and opportunities that benefit the University.

The Foundation has an immediate opening for a Manager of Gift Processing.  The Manager will coordinate, manage and perform duties involving the processing and verifying of all types of gifts received at the University of Illinois Foundation with responsibility of analyzing and interpreting a diverse and complex array of gifts.  The Manager will serve as the liaison between departments in order to ensure donor intent.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.  A minimum of three years of work experience demonstrating strong interpersonal and organizational ability.  Training or experience with computerized information retrieval systems is required.  Knowledge of University of Illinois administrative systems and procedures preferred.
