Salary Grade O04
Essential Functions
1. Recruit, select, and train student callers.
2. Answer questions from student callers and provide guidance and feedback.
3. Coordinate work schedules for student callers.
4. Revise procedures to ensure maximum optimization and motivate student callers.
5. Track issues and problems and report them to management, preferably with a proposed solution.
6. Manage call lists, scripts, and campaigns on the dialer.
7. Do simple troubleshooting of caller computer issues, and escalate those to the OIS Help Desk as needed.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma.
2. Previous experience working in a call center environment.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Excellent problem solving skills.
5. Ability to pass a criminal background screening process.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Prior management experience.
3. 2 or more years of experience in a call center environment with increasing levels of responsibility.
4. Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Employee is subject to indoor work, protected from weather conditions. Work is sedentary in nature and involves exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently/constantly in order to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Must be available from 3:30-7:30pm Monday through Thursday.
