Due to growth, PetroChoice, a leading distributor of lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases is currently recruiting a Rebates Administrator for our Pricing Team in Fort Washington, PA. Responsibilities
As the Rebates Administrator, you will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry of vendor rebates into internal and/or vendor systems of record. This will require coordinating with PetroChoice Sales, Finance, and Pricing team members, as well as various vendor representatives.
- Compile and validate rebate requests received from PetroChoice Sales team members
- Enter approved rebates into customer contract pricing records in the Company's ERP system
- Submit rebate claims to vendors as per vendor timelines and other submission requirements
- Reconcile rebate payments received from vendors with the Company's internal accounts
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to support broader pricing analysis, including rebates approval timelines, rebates expiration horizons, competitive intelligence updates.To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Qualifications
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers; be detail-oriented, well organized, self-motivated with the ability of multi-tasking; have problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and plan work activities, and meet deadlines without reminders.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related experience, a Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook are essential.
