The Department of Statistics at the University of Chicago seeks to hire a Lecturer for a two-year appointment starting in Autumn Quarter 2015. This is a renewable position. Duties include teaching six courses per year (2 courses per quarter) at the undergraduate level.

 

Applicants must have completed all requirements for the PhD in Statistics at the time the appointment begins; applicants must have previous experience in statistical research and teaching. Review of complete applications, including recommendation letters, will begin March 1, 2015, and continue until the position is filled.
